Holding Space for Grief: A Pause Before I Return

Dear friends, clients, and cherished community,

After much reflection, I’ve decided to take one more week before returning to client sessions. If you’ve booked with me or purchased a package, please know you are fully credited and I’ll begin seeing clients again starting Tuesday, April 28th.

We held the funeral yesterday, and I feel it's in both your best interest and mine that I allow a little more time for the healing to begin. This morning brought a tender shift—my first memory of my son that didn’t carry pain. That moment reminded me that healing is possible, and I want to meet you from a place of wholeness and presence when I return.

I love you all deeply. Thank you for your patience, your love, and for making space for my son's transition. Your kindness and support have carried me through, and I’m so grateful.
